Tour Itinerary

• Day 1:Welcome to Vic Falls

  You will be met by your guide at Victoria Falls International airport in the arrivals hall. The drive to your hotel will be approximately 20 minutes. You check in your 4 star hotel. In the late afternoon you will be picked up for a relaxing African sunset cruise on fourth largest river in Africa trailing behind rivers Nile, Niger and Congo. This river originates in northern Zambia taking a north western route through five African countries and eventually pouring into the Indian Ocean after a long meandering 2700km journey. The sunset cruise is a relaxing activity with stunning views of the river bank with occasional sightings of crocodiles, hippos and elephants swimming across plus an amazing wide species of birdlife to see. An open bar will be available with all drinks included in the tour price and snacks served as well. Dinner and overnight in Victoria Falls.

• Day 2:Mosi-Oa-Tunya (The Smoke That Thunders)

  After breakfast you will be picked up from your lodging place in to visit the rainforest approx. 1½ – 2½ hours depending on how much time you want to spend taking photographs and admiring the spectacular views.
  Our knowledgeable guide will take you on an unforgettable experience through the Victoria Falls rainforest, a journey that not only affords a view of one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World but provides a great deal of interesting facts about the geology, wildlife and history of Africa’s most famous landmark. Listen to magical tales of local legend while you enjoy the constant spray from the “The Smoke that Thunders”.
  After the Victoria Falls you then head back to the hotel with a stop at the big tree.

  After an eventful afternoon you will head to the boma place of eating for an African treat meal in the evening. An array of game meat barbequed to your liking will be at hand and also do not forget to try the African delicacy Mopani worm. The evening is capped up by a participative drumming show as you show your skills on djembe drum of course with the help of the lead drummer. Overnight in Victoria Falls.

• Day 3:Cultural Experience

  We will pick you up 0930hrs for a cultural experience when you will visit an authentic African village to learn about Zimbabwean culture, learn a few ancient ways of doing household chores. Expect to learn about education system, political and socio economic experiences of the people.You will also stop by the local market. The afternoon is at leisure for optional activities.

• Day 4:Time to Say Goodbye

  This day you will have breakfast and check out of your hotel and drive to the airport for your onward flight back home.
